A structured, done-for-you service that helps industry professionals validate, build, brand, launch, and grow a software product toward real users and a path to profitability. This service is delivered in defined phases and tiers as outlined in the relevant service agreement or offer page.

3.5 Business Technology Direction

Focused working sessions that help clients clarify technology decisions, product direction, and next steps. These are practical direction sessions, not ongoing management consulting retainers.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, or checkout process.

4. Payments

• All payments made to Cybortex are final.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
• For milestone-based projects (including the SaaS Founder Launch System), each milestone payment is final once paid.
• Work on a milestone begins after the corresponding payment has been received.

5. Delivery & Timelines

• We will deliver the agreed work within the timeline specified in the relevant proposal, agreement, or project plan.
• If a delay occurs on our side, the maximum delay shall not exceed one (1) week beyond the originally agreed delivery date for that milestone or deliverable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Client delays in providing required feedback, content, access, or approvals may extend the timeline accordingly.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, app store review processes, or factors outside our reasonable control.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Supply required content, feedback, and access in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide us
• Use our services and deliverables only for lawful purposes

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment for a project, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Cybortex retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, templates, and know-how.
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybortex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

10. Governing Law
