All payments made for direct technology audits, custom advisory sessions, or developer scheduling slots are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and scheduled. If you need to reschedule an advisory session, you must notify our team in writing at least 24 hours prior to the session time.

For custom software and web development services, payments are structured around specific project phases and deliverables outlined in your signed Statement of Work (SOW). Once a project milestone (e.g. Design Wireframes, Database Schema, Beta Launch) has been completed and approved by the client, the corresponding milestone payment is non-refundable.

Monthly retainers, service level agreements (SLAs), hosting maintenance fees, and support subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel recurring maintenance subscriptions at any time with a 30-day written notice, but no partial refunds will be issued for remaining cycle days.

At Cybortex, we value quality and transparency. In the event of a dispute regarding a deliverable or service level, our engineering leads will work closely with your organization to address gaps, run revision sprints, or negotiate custom credit adjustments in line with SOW guidelines.
