Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided byCybortex Technologies LTD, including:

• Website Development
• Mobile Application Development
• Custom Software & SaaS Development
• The SaaS Founder Launch System
• Business Technology Direction sessions

By making a payment to Cybortex, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. All Payments Are Final

• Every payment made to Cybortex is final.
• Payments are non-refundable once received.
• This applies to deposit payments, milestone payments, and full project payments.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, change of business direction, or failure to use the delivered work.

3. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects paid in milestones (including the SaaS Founder Launch System):

• Each milestone payment is final once paid.
• Work on a milestone begins only after the corresponding payment has been received.
• Completed milestones are non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled by the client, payments already made for completed or in-progress milestones remain non-refundable.

4. Delivery Timeline

• We commit to delivering work within the timeline agreed in the project proposal, service agreement, or offer.
• If a delay occurs on our side, the maximum delay will not exceed one (1) week beyond the agreed delivery date for that milestone or deliverable, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
• Delays caused by the client (including late feedback, missing content, delayed approvals, or delayed access to accounts) will extend the timeline accordingly and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
• Delays caused by third parties (such as app store reviews, third-party APIs, or hosting providers) are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

5. What Is Not Refundable

• Payments for work already delivered
• Payments for milestones that have been started or completed
• Payments for digital products, templates, or resources once access has been granted
• Masterclass or event registrations (unless the event is cancelled by Cybortex)
• Business Technology Direction sessions once the session has been held or the scheduled time has passed
• Any payment where the client has received the agreed deliverable

6. Guarantees (SaaS Founder Launch System)

The SaaS Founder Launch System may include specific performance or satisfaction guarantees as described on the offer page or in the service agreement.

Those guarantees operate according to their stated terms and conditions. They do not automatically override this Refund Policy unless explicitly stated in writing. Any remedy under a guarantee will be limited to what is described in that guarantee.

7. How to Contact Us About a Payment Issue

If you believe there has been an error with a payment or you have a concern, contact us promptly at:

We will review genuine payment errors and respond within a reasonable time.

8. Event Cancellations by Cybortex

If Cybortex cancels a paid event or masterclass, we will offer either:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer registration to a future session

This is the only standard exception to the "payments are final" rule.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Continued engagement of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
